Hi, Aadi\u00a0here. Mischa and I finally convinced Marco, with the assistance of both his father and Amanda, to answer a few questions about himself and the book he’s staring in, Honor At Stake by Declan Finn<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sorry. He wasn’t very happy about doing this, so I had to replace a few words here and there. They are in {brackets}.<\/p>\n

[Mischa] Who or what are you? What are your vitals? (age, sex, species)<\/p>\n

[Marco] Marco Catalano. PA (Physician’s Assistant) student. 5’9\u201d Sex: No thank you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] What part do you play in the story?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Male lead.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] How would you describe your book?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0People pi….<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aadi]\u00a0Marco. I can’t write that.<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Fine. It’s a vampire romance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aadi] Oh, like in Twilight?<\/p>\n

[Marco give Death Glare]<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aadi] Umm…please don’t kill me.<\/p>\n

[Marco] No promises.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] Tell me about where you live? Who do you live with?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0I live in Brooklyn, where only the strong survive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] What\u2019s the most important thing in your life right now?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Surviving college and a vampire invasion. But mostly college.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] What do you hope nobody ever finds out about you?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0I don’t have the time to write that list. The short version is that I never follow my heart. Because what I have in my heart will get me halfway to Hell. Acting on them will get me the rest of the way.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aadi] Tall blond and dangerous? Huh? I like that.<\/p>\n

[Mischa] Seriously, Aadi? Could you please not drool?<\/p>\n

[Marco] <\/strong>You two have issues, don’t you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] What do you like or dislike about the other characters from your book?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0They’re stupid. Not Amanda, obviously, but everyone else is just too stupid to live. Okay, I can think of one or two people. Maybe the Vatican ninjas. Some of the cops. But otherwise, I feel like I’m living in a world of goldfish.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] In your opinion, what is your best feature?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0My brain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] What’s the worst thing someone ever did to you?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Well. being labeled a monster in the last year of High School wasn’t particularly fun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aadi] How mean.<\/p>\n

[Mischa] What’s the worst thing you’ve done to someone?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Depends, is murder better or worse than torture?<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] I think both could land you in Hell.<\/p>\n

[Mischa] Read any good books? What were they?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Mostly textbooks for my courses. Though I memorized them the first week. I’ve moved on to Monster Hunter International, by Larry Correia. Research, you see.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] What type of places do you hang out in?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0College, home, and wherever the prey takes me.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] What annoys you more than anything else?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Stupid people.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aidi]\u00a0What’s the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Amanda Colt. Tell her that and I hurt you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Mischa] She won’t here it from us.<\/p>\n

[Aidi]\u00a0What time of day is your favorite?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Night.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aidi]\u00a0What kind of weather is your favorite?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0Spring. When it’s just right and you can get a warm breeze without sweating your {backside} off.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aidi]\u00a0Do you have any pets? Do you want any pets? What kind?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0I have two street gangs who can’t tie their own shoes without me. So yes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aidi]\u00a0If you could change anything in your book, what would it be and why?<\/p>\n

[Marco]\u00a0I wish she loved me.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Aadi] Awww<\/p>\n

[Mischa] Who would play you in the movie version?<\/p>\n

[Marco] Give Asa Butterfield a dye job and am exercise regiment, he’ll do. He can at least act.<\/strong><\/p>\n
